The Voice-Activated Follow Bot is a system that follows the user and is given commands through a voice recognition module. The bot will start to follow the user once the distance starts to increase from the person’s initial position. It will know the distance increased due to the ultrasonic motion sensor, which uses ultrasonic waves to measure the distance to the user. The user can give voice commands once the bot is following. These voice commands include stop and continue. The bot will also have to determine the directions of whether to go straight, backwards, turn right or turn left.
