Project Description Heading link

The project involves 2 subsystems which implements different aspects using the ultrasonic sensor. One part involves using the sensor to measure distance between 2 objects and the distance being displayed on a LCD screen for the user’s reference. The units of the distance measured can be changed by pressing the button. The LED on the system indicates the mode of the subsystem whether it’s on/off. The second part involves using the sensor on the first sub system to identify the closeness of an object by producing a sound. The button, on the second board when pressed allows the user to identify the distance of the object via sound and the LED light. The two subsystems are connected via a transmitter and receiver to send/receive information respectively. The overall purpose is to help users identify the distance of the objects using different modes.
