OjaExpress is a new startup digital marketplace for cultural groceries. OjaExpress is Chicago’s only ethnic grocery delivery service. The company works with small to medium-sized local cultural groceries throughout the city to help them sell their products online to communities interested in buying their products to app users. App users can select the different stores they would like to shop from and pick up or have their groceries delivered. OjaExpress has been able to give customers online access to ethnic food stores that were previously only open for in-person shopping. The goal of this project is to create a standardized, efficient and simple onboarding process for all stores under the Oja Express system. Improving efficiency through creating a shorter onboarding process time from two weeks to five days or less, creating a 95% accuracy and an automated system. The automated system would create a self-service onboarding process targeted to more advanced and not advanced technology users. Self-service through a series of module training videos providing an overview of the onboarding process, how to sign your store up to OjaExpress and how to set up the point of sale (POS) system. A POS system is a system that allows for customers to checkout/purchase their items. The system calculates prices and reduces purchase wait time. A POS system montiors those purchases in which you can later convert into an excel sheet. Providing a summary that allows you to analyze your business sales. Creating module videos provides the customers with clear instructions regarding the company, their role as an onboarding store, and each step of the process to create an efficient and accurate process.
