Do you tend to sit in front of the computer for too long? Do you feel back pain? Lack of movement? If you answered yes to any of these questions, consider “Get Up and Move”: a chair that keeps track of your sitting time and lets you know when to take a break. There are photoresistors and load sensors controlled by arduinos attached to the chair to know when you are sitting, as well as a clock that has an adjustable timer. All you need to do is to trust the chair, and let it take care of you.
