EcoSense
Project Description Heading link
Today, the smart agriculture monitoring market is high in price, high in power consumption, and requires a complex operating system. Therefore, our team has designed an optimized system, Ecosense, that is energy-efficient, low-cost, and adaptable. Our system uses a sensor node device that incorporates humidity, UV, and temperature sensors. The sensor nodes use an Ad hoc network called Zigbee to connect and communicate with each other in an adjustable network range and then send back the collected environmental data through Bluetooth to the user. To further optimize the cost and power, we designed a PCB that incorporates sensors and the power supply port that are crucial for the project. As we continue to develop this project, we hope to innovate agricultural monitoring systems and make them widely available.
