Our project idea is to create an alarm clock system using simple Arduino parts that can help people wake up earlier. The alarm by default will display the current time and will have 2 different alarm options. The end user can choose to set an alarm at a certain time or based on the amount of sunlight. When the alarm must ring, the device will play music through a speaker with multiple sound options. The unique part about our alarm is its functionality to wake a person up based on the amount of sunlight, this can be helpful for people looking to change their sleep patterns into early bird risers.
