Project Description Heading link

The proposed system aims to address the common issue of confusion at stop sign intersections by implementing a light-based signaling mechanism. The system comprises two subsystems, namely The Data Collector and The Receiver. The former collects data using ultrasonic sensors to detect the arrival and departure of vehicles at the stop sign, and sends this information to The Receiver. The Receiver processes the data and controls LEDs to signal the driver when it’s safe to cross the intersection. The system aims to provide a more efficient and safer way for drivers to navigate stop sign intersections, which could potentially be implemented city-wide if it proves to be successful.
