Project Description Heading link

The Smart Home Security System is a comprehensive security solution consisting of four subsystems that monitor and detect potential security threats in a home. The subsystems include the Door Guard, Flood Alert, Smoke Alert, and Alert subsystems. The Door Guard subsystem monitors the home’s entrance using a magnetic door sensor and alerts the Alert subsystem when the door is opened if the system is armed. The Flood Alert subsystem detects moisture levels and sends an alert to the Alert subsystem if they reach a hazardous level. The Smoke Alert subsystem detects gas that may be indicative of a fire or malicious gas and activates an alarm to notify the user. The Alert subsystem acts as a hub for the other subsystems and sends an email notification and displays on an LCD screen which subsystem detected the threat. The system is controlled by an ESP32 Wi-Fi module, and each subsystem is designed to work independently but communicate through the module. The Smart Home Security System provides peace of mind to homeowners by providing a reliable and efficient security solution for their homes.
