Project Description Heading link

The Arduino Alarm Suite is a comprehensive safety system that integrates multiple sensors and I/O devices to detect hazardous conditions such as gas leaks, drafts, and intruders. The system incorporates an MQ7 gas sensor, DHT11 temperature sensor, and HC-SR501 motion sensor, which work together to detect flammable gases, extreme temperatures, and motion in the vicinity of the sensors. The alarm suite features a centralized system that activates a warning buzzer when any of the sensors detect a hazardous condition, and the buzzer continues to sound until the condition is rectified. The system is also equipped with LEDs on each sensor to indicate their operational status and LEDs on the alarm module to signify which sensor has been triggered. The MQ7 gas sensor can detect a wide range of flammable gases, including carbon monoxide, methane, and propane, providing an added layer of safety against gas leaks. The DHT11 temperature sensor helps monitor temperature levels, and the HC-SR501 motion sensor detects motion, which is especially useful in detecting intruders or trespassers. The Arduino Alarm Suite is an easy-to-use and effective safety system that can be installed in homes or small businesses to provide added security and peace of mind. Its modular design allows for easy customization and expansion, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications.
