Project Description Heading link

This project involves the design process toward the prototyping of a mechanism that holds and adjusts the height of a monitor to the eye-level of the end user. The mechanism will facilitate the use of a linear actuator and necessary system controls with a total of 1 foot of vertical height adjustment, and is expected to hold the weight of the monitor, a shelving unit, and an integrated medical unit. The mechanism prototype is for a robot assistant designed by Bubble Health that would require a height adjusting monitor to accommodate different users with varying heights and positions when utilizing the robot.
