Our goal with this project is to create a device that will monitor a candle and extinguish it when the candle burns down to a specified area. This will be set through the use of an IR sensor, which will then trigger a fan and blow out the candle. The user will be notified through the use of a Wifi connection and auditory cue on the device itself.
