The American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) is a nonprofit corporation with the purpose of assisting individuals to build their investment wealth through programs of education, publications, and software. Using customer order and activity data from AAII, a machine learning model will be able to accurately predict the members’ next actions in the near future. The goal of this project focuses on predicting member lifetime value, and next purchase day. The resulting data can be used by AAII to optimize their marketing strategy, and target certain member groups that will generate more revenue.
