This project aims to create something valuable and applicable in people’s lives and connect a passion towards the project. Creating a simple security system that would allow users to secure their property/home would be a very cool and useful thing to create. It can also be applicable to more than just personal use. Institutions like banks and stores can use it. Our project involves the development of a wireless laser alarm system using Arduino. The system consists of a laser, a motion sensor, and a Wi-Fi module that allows it to send notifications wirelessly to another Arduino. When the laser is breached, it triggers an alarm through a buzzer, LCD, and LED system connected to the other Arduino. The project involves designing and implementing the circuitry and writing the necessary code to make the system functional. The final product is a cost-effective, customizable, and reliable alarm system that can be used for various applications, such as home security, monitoring of valuable assets, and more. The whole system will be a cost-effective way for students to protect something important, like a laptop or their book, when they are out. The project is also disability inclusive, with lots of attention-grabbing elements when there is a breach in the security system.
