Introducing our multi-room announcement system – a reliable and efficient way to communicate messages across multiple rooms or areas! We use a system that utilizes Arduino and RF (NRF24L01) transceiver technology to transmit and play audio messages and also display critical information on LCD screens. Our system comprises three Arduino-based subsystems: one for audio transmission, one for LCD display and one for communication. This unique setup allows users to send and receive audio messages via microphones and speakers while simultaneously displaying information about the sender, such as their name, room and urgency of the message. What sets our project apart is the inclusion of LCD displays and pre-set codes. This innovative feature increases quick communication in situations where audio messages are not necessary, making it more effective. We are using RF (NRF24L01) transceiver technology to ensure stable and reliable wireless communication between the subsystems. This means that you can rely on real-time audio and display notifications across multiple locations with ease. The components required for this project includes Arduinos, breadboards, microphones, speakers, transceivers, buttons and LCD displays. By integrating these components and subsystems, we create an efficient and effective announcement system that can be customized to meet the specific needs of different environments. In conclusion, our multi-room announcement system is the perfect solution for any given environment that requires reliable and efficient communication across multiple locations – ranging from homes to institutions or organizations such offices, factories, etc.
